Carver Omeg-Art Polyurethane Two Pack Floor Lacquer – How to use

Surface preparation is essential for a perfect smooth finish. Sand the floor using professional floor sanding equipment and quality sandpaper. Apply the sealer or the stain about 2-3 hours before lacquering. Mix the hardener with the lacquer and let it bond for about 10 minutes. Apply 1 thick coat of floor lacquer with a good quality varnishing roller. Use a varnishing brush to apply varnishes around the edges and to all areas where the roller does not fit. Allow about 2 hours to dry then re-sand the whole area with 150-160 grit sandpaper to remove small spikes and small imperfections. Vacuum the whole floor and apply the final coat. Job completed.

Wash all your tools with clear warm water. Do not walk on the floor while the floor is drying.
