Buttercup Preschool

General information

Buttercup Pre-School is located in Ballylanders village, right next to the National School and provides a valuable service to the parents and children in the surrounding community. Our pre-school curriculum consists of positive and purposeful strategies designed to help children meet their individual goals. Our classroom and outdoor play area provide safe structured experiences in an inviting, comfortable, organised atmosphere that promotes choice making in line with all aspects of Aistear and Síolta. Our curriculum creates a child centred, play based environment, which empowers young active discovery and children to actively pursue their own learning. Highly trained staff provide appropriate, timely, balanced intervention as well as support, continuity and progression to encourage positive attitudes towards learning. Our programme of activities encourages the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, creative and linguistic development of all children in our care.
