At Topaz we believe in doing things better for all our customers.

We’re Ireland’s largest fuel & convenience brand with over 440 stores right across the country.

Topaz marks a change for the better, where service, convenience and quality standards are as important as our responsibilities to the environment and society.

Everything we do, we try to do that little bit better. From our Clean Fuel which offers more miles per gallon to switching our coffee to Fairtrade and from offering delicious fresh food to always welcoming customers with a warm Hello.

Topaz COMMUNITY RULES

On Facebook, we love to talk to you and we love it when you talk to us.

We’ve just got few a rules before you start.

We welcome smart and helpful comments on Topaz related subjects, and we post about a wide range of topics, to include all of our users in the conversation.

• We like to post about things we think our fans will be interested in. If you wish to comment on a post, please make sure it’s relevant. Irrelevant comments that take away from the conversation will be deleted.

• Treat others the way you like to be treated. It’s nice to be nice, even when you don’t agree. Rude language, upsetting posts, hostility, bullying (towards other users, individuals, Topaz or other companies) or any content we deem unsuitable for our page will not be allowed.

• Whatever question you may have, we will try our best to help. However, to respect your privacy, we won’t ask for personal contact details on this page. From time to time, we may ask you to contact us through Private Mail or our Customer Care Line, so we can answer your queries in more detail.

• We want to protect our fans. So, posts with information that may identify individuals offline will be removed.

• At Topaz we believe in always striving to make our services better and welcome all constructive criticism.

• To keep conversations going, spam (repeated duplicate posts) will be removed from our page.

• Comments relating to legal issues will be removed. This includes: defamation, contempt of court, or publicising, encouraging or endorsing of illegal activity. We reserve the right to modify or remove comments or posts as we see fit.

• When you post to our Facebook page you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you place on our page, link to, or otherwise upload.

• We deal in fuel and fun, not in religion and politics. Any posts with a bias towards subjects that may offend others will be removed.

• We love hearing what everyone has to say, however if we believe you
are posing as another user or a brand without their permission, your post will removed.

• We do our best to deliver you the best quality products and services. Any unverified or false claims about our products will be removed.

• While we love looking at pictures and videos from our fans, we don’t want to do so behind anyone’s back. Any content posted without the consent of those featured will be taken down. The same goes for any licensed or copyright materials.

• Finally, if someone does not respect our community rules as mentioned above we reserve the right to block users where we see fit. Topaz may withdraw, cancel or change these community rules at any time and without notice.
